SNAP and CCR work with UN Committees

SNAP teamed with the Center for Constitutional Rights to submit shadow reports to the United Nations Committee
Against Torture (UN CAT) and the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child (UN CRC) about abuse and cover-up by priests and Catholic officials.  As a result of these reports, the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child and the Committee Against Torture investigated the Vatican.  With the help of SNAP and CCR, the UN committees investigated the Vatican and found, overwhelmingly, that not nearly enough is being done to protect children and in fact, children are deliberately being put at risk by Catholic officials.

I visited the UN in Geneva Switzerland in 2013, to inform them how the US Govt. is involved with Concordats to cover-up for criminal Catholic Clergy.(e.g Cardinal Bernard Law in 2002, was the tip of the iceberg).

Maybe now I can put to rest the things I saw and the things that happened to me. It would be a gigantic step forward if the UN supports the victims of the church!
