“A source told The Catholic Herald that Archbishop Apuron will appeal the verdict, and remains Archbishop of Agaña while he does so.
The accusations against the archbishop ranged from the most serious allegations of child abuse to less serious accusations. The CDF rejected most of the accusations, and has not revealed of which ones he is guilty.”

So while Apu appeals he remains bishop and the most serious charges have been thrown out. Also since all of this occurs in secret, aside from a few old men, no one knows exactly what he has been found guilty of…. and when he is sentenced, because all this is secret…no one but a few old men will really know how he is being ‘punished.’
This is nothing but a dog and pony show to make it look like the Vatican boys are doing something.
