Today, three Victory Christian Church employees are due in court relating to failing to report child abuse.

We hope that if these three church employees do in fact take a plea deal, the punishment they receive will be more than a slap on the wrist. In cases where children are raped and abused, failing to do anything about is not only a serious crime, but a complete betrayal of trust and a failure to live up to expectations. Paul Willemstein, Anna George, and Harold Sullivan should be punished in a manner that demonstrates to the world at large that if you cover up child sex crimes, you will be harshly punished.
