#SpotlightontheTruth

One SNAP Network follower's great idea has sparked a movement that looks to keep the Spotlight on the problem of sexual abuse in the Catholic church. Read more to find out how you can keep a #SpotlightontheTruth

This wonderful idea was created after SNAP posted this tweet urging the Archbishop to promote the movie Spotlight, which SNAP President Barbara Blaine says will help the archdiocese "..better understand and hopefully never repeat the callous, reckless and deceptive moves that have been made, over and over again, by Catholic officials across the US.”

As a response to the tweet one of SNAP Network's twitter followers suggested this:

To get involved with this movement please tweet hashtag relevant Spotlight movie tweets with #Spotlight #SNAPSpotlight or #SpotlightontheTruth to spread the message that we are continuing to support survivors to tell their stories and end this abuse. Also show support by doing as the tweet says and putting the movie stubs in collection baskets to bring awareness of this message to the church.
