Ohio Civil Child Sex Abuse Case Moves Forward
Supreme Court of Ohio Will Hear Allegations Against Shelby County Priest and Archdiocese of Cincinnati

Statement by Dan Frondorf of Price Hill and Christy Miller of West Chester:
"Any time a court agrees to look at archaic rulings against victims, we believe it moves closer to clarity on the crimes of child sexual abuse.
Judges across the country are moving strongly towards making it less difficult for victims to come forward and expose their perpetrators in court.
We hope that the Supreme Court of Ohio will follow the trend. When the courthouse doors are opened to sex abuse victims, dangerous serial predators can be exposed, families can be warned and children can be safeguarded.
Kids are protected only when victims are able to expose otherwise hidden perpetrators and the institutions that hire and hide them." |
