The SOL laws are the most dehumanizing part of the act of sexual abuse. It must be changed to eliminate predators from repeating history. Murder has no statute of limitations so should sexual assault. The emotional, physical and every day problems that continue to plague your existence is to much for one person to bare. I’m sixty one with a diagnosis of MSA-C caused by sexual emotional and physical abuse. My brother father and Sister Charlotte has gotten away with not only taking away my innocence but my life has been shattered onto a million pieces. The Catholic Church not only owes compensation for the damages I’ve incurred due to the lack of courage to speak out but restitution for suffering in silence. Change the laws so people can finally receive justice.
