It will premiere this autumn. Nancy also writes a monthly blog on her website www.daremore.com.
Nancy says, “My life has given me the ear of a therapist, the eye of a painter and the heart of a grandmother. I operate from this one essential truth: Each of us has untapped potential just waiting to unfold.”
Heart-focused meditation teaches us to slow down and fully inhabit the moment. Scientists claim that our brain’s set point is to search for disturbances. People who learn mindful practices, such as meditation, begin to shift this set point to direct experience. They begin to attune to what they are experiencing in the moment. This invites inner guidance. As we follow the heart’s tug, something deeper than our whirling mind emerges.
