Jeff Dion is the Deputy Executive Director for the National Center for Victims of Crime and the Director of the National Crime Victim Bar Association. Jeff, a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and a homicide victim survivor, has lobbied across the country for the reform of statutes of limitations for child sex abuse. In 2006, he received the Ronald Regan Public Policy Award for the U.S. Department of Justice, one of the highest honors in the field of victim services.
