A California legislative panel today passed a bill that will enable more child sex abuse victims to warn parents about molesters through the civil justice system.

California kids are the winners today.  Lawmakers can make it easier or harder for crime victims to expose predators.

These lawmakers are making it easier.

Those who commit and conceal heinous child sex crimes in California can't breathe easier now. Those who want to prevent and expose such crimes still have a tough road. We hope the rest of the California legislature will fully pass this measure so that California kids will be safer.
