2025 SNAP Conference Ad Book

RESERVE YOUR AD

We invite you to place an advertisement in the 2025 SNAP Annual Conference program book. This is an exciting opportunity to send in an old favorite ad or create a new ad to celebrate a weekend of healing and prevention. Promote your book, honor a survivor, or tell us about your organization.

This year’s conference will be held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania from July 25-27, 2025. We anticipate a large crowd this year as members of our SNAP network are excited about seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Your contribution to the program book is an integral part of our conference and will play a role in strengthening our SNAP community and making members feel welcome and supported.

Ads will be accessible to all who attend our Annual Conference, giving you maximum exposure to our community.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM AD INFORMATION:

HOW TO PLACE YOUR AD:

Reserve and place your ad with Dan McNevin, SNAP Board Treasurer, at [email protected] by Wednesday, June 25, 2025. This is a hard deadline. Submissions will not be accepted after this date and unpaid ads will not run in the program book. Color ads are "first-come, first-serve," as there are only four color ad options. 

Contact Amber Perez of the SNAP Conference Working Group for help designing and/or properly formatting your ad for submission.

Email your fully designed ad with at least 300 dpi resolution to Amber Perez of the SNAP Conference Working Group at [email protected]. PNG, JPEG, and PDF documents are all acceptable.

PAY FOR YOUR AD VIA CHECK:

Mail a check with “ad book” printed in the memo line to Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, PO Box 16376, Chicago IL, 60616.

PAY ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD:

By following the instructions to submit a donation. Make the donation in the amount of the ad you wish to purchase. Dan, Eduardo, or Amber will be in receipt of your ad image and will verify payment for ads we have received before the HARD DEADLINE JUNE 25, 2025.
