2015 Conference Speaker- Cameron Altaras

Cameron Altaras, PhD, was born into a Canadian Amish-Mennonite community, where church was the center and evil people lurked outside. After much therapy, she realized what seemed safe was not; she is a survivor of childhood incest and adult clergy sexual abuse. She is helping to launch an Anabaptist-Mennonite Chapter of SNAP and co-facilitates SNAP Seattle. Cameron immigrated to the USA with her two children when she married the love of her life, Jeff Altaras.
