Paterno & Penn State president knew; SNAP responds
Based on this disclosure, we believe prosecutors must file more charges against these three conspirators, especially Spanier. And we believe that every single building, program, statute or honor to Joe Paterno should be removed and rescinded.
Before these revelations, Paterno's complicity was fairly clear - he'd been told of child sex abuse allegations against Sandusky and not called law enforcement. Now, however, these e mails remove virtually any doubt about Paterno's guilt.
