A former Anglican minister and boy scouts leader convicted in dozens of sex abuse cases against young indigenous boys is now the focus of a proposed class-action lawsuit seeking more than $100 million.
The suit alleges Ralph Rowe abused hundreds of boys in northwestern Ontario and Manitoba First Nations where he worked in the 1970s and '80s.

NEW HAVEN, CT — A prominent city rabbi and landlord has been ordered to testify after being accused of sexually abusing teenage boys in a civil case. Rabbi Daniel Greer was accused of abusing a boy more than a decade ago and it is alleged in the lawsuit that the victim wasn't the only one.

Longtime Catholic educator accused of abuse in South Boston

After working in Catholic education for nearly 40 years, Paul Doty, a former principal and educator of three religious schools in Boston, has been accused of sexual abuse by five men from South Boston.
According to attorney Mitchell Garabedian, the attorney representing the five men, the alleged abuse by Doty occurred while he was principal of the former St. Augustine’s School from 1986 to 1996, when his accusers were between the ages of seven and 14.

HOUSTON — Court documents provide sickening details of sexual assaults allegedly carried out by 55-year-old Barry Durrell, a volunteer and an ordained deacon at a Houston church.
Police say the victims in the complaint -- two boys, ages two and seven -- are likely not the only child victims.

At SNAP we are proud to have hosted a very well-attended conference in August 2023. This event allowed us to gather friends, survivors, advocates, and allies for a weekend of camaraderie and connection. We were so happy to be able to welcome many first-time attendees to gather in person and are already looking forward to the next conference.
To strengthen our movement for justice, healing, and prevention, SNAP will be expanding our peer support and providing more volunteer opportunities in the coming year. Through this great work, we are ensuring survivor voices are represented as we work for significant change that will benefit children and survivors.
Right now, survivors worldwide are getting the help they need from SNAP, and more and more reach out to us daily, but we need your help to keep those programs going and get our volunteers the training they need to thrive.
