Hold Perpetrators Accountable for Their Crimes
Hold Institutions and Officials Accountable for Their Complicity in Cover Ups
Pennsylvania Rep. Mark Rozzi leads the call to reform archaic statute of limitation (SOL) laws that fail to protect children and fail to hold child sexual predators accountable. He calls on legislators and Catholic Bishops to help all victims.
And Rep. Rozzi wants SOL laws that hold predators accountable for their crimes and hold those complicit in hiding crimes to be held accountable. Rep. Rozzi calls us a rally.

Lobby Day to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse in North Carolina
For immediate release, May 12, 2018
NC House Bill #585 strengthens the law to protect children from child sexual abuse. The statute of limitations will be extended, and a 'lookback' window allowing the prosecution of past offenses. This bill passed the House with overwhelming support. It is being considered in the Senate and is presently stuck in committee. We want to move it forward and make it law.

50 State AG Call for Grand Jury
Any investigation must be:
- independent of and separate from the church
- must have subpoena powers and ability to compel testimony under oath
Anything short of these criteria is a sham and whitewash.
In addition, write letters to the editor, make phone calls to politicians as they can apply pressure to keep them responsive to our demand. We need to make efforts to ensure that they follow up on what the state is doing to investigate these crimes.
The Attorneys General of forty states have inquired about the grand jury process in Pennsylvania. Let's get statewide investigations going in fifty states.
Note to Letter Writers
Use your own words and style of writing. Cut and paste from the templates as you wish. Include your experiences, whether as a survivor or as a member of the community. And relate your letter to the state you were abused in or state now living in.
